As a merchant, you may need to adjust shipping rates for your existing subscribers due to changes in shipping costs or service updates. PayWhirl makes this process seamless, whether you're adjusting rates in bulk or individually. Here's how you can manage these adjustments directly from your Subscriptions page.

Bulk Update Shipping Rates with Filters

  1. Access the Subscriptions Page: Log in to your PayWhirl dashboard and click on the 'Subscriptions' page.

  2. Apply Filters for Selection: Click on the 'More filters' button to narrow down your list. Here, you can apply filters such as Status, Customer, Product, and more, to target the exact subscriptions you wish to update.

  3. Select Subscriptions: After filtering, select the subscriptions you want to change by ticking the checkboxes on the left.

  4. Open Bulk Options: Click the 'Bulk update' button at the bottom of the screen to bring up the update options.

  5. Update Shipping Method: In the bulk update modal, select 'Update shipping method' from the dropdown menu and enter the new shipping method title and rate.

  6. Confirm the Update: Click 'Next' to review your changes, and then 'Start' to apply the new shipping rates to all selected subscriptions.

Individual Subscription Rate Adjustment

  1. Find the Subscription: On the 'Subscriptions' page, locate the subscription you need to edit.

  2. Access Subscription Details: Click on the subscription to open its details.

  3. Edit Shipping Rate: Within the details, find the shipping method section and make your rate adjustments.

  4. Save the Changes: Confirm the new shipping rate and save your changes to apply them to the next scheduled order.

Tips for a Smooth Transition

  • Communicate with Your Customers: Notify affected subscribers about the shipping rate change to maintain transparency and trust.

  • Review Your Changes: Double-check the updated rates for accuracy to ensure subscribers are charged correctly.

  • Monitor Feedback: Keep an eye on subscriber responses to address any concerns promptly.
