What types of profile questions can I ask my customers?

There are several different types of profile questions and they can be setup for each payment plan individually. This article goes over each profile question type in detail to help you select the right kind of question. Each type has it advantages depending on how you wanted to engage your customers.   • Checkbox - A single checkbox or "on/off" toggle switch. These are the options you can change:

  • Checkbox Group - Let your customers choose from predefined options. Customers can select more than one option at a time with a checkbox group.

  • Date Field - Ask your customers for a date using a calendar.

  • Header - Output header text before form fields. There are a few different types to choose from. This is not a question but informational messages you can display before checkout.

  • Paragraph - Output static text to your customers. Can be used to describe a group of fields or some other information.

  • Number - Let your customers input integers. You can limit the range of number by entering a minimum and maximum number.

  • Radio Group - Let your customers choose one option from a few predefined options. Unlike the checkbox group customers, can only pick one option.
