With PayWhirl you can create promo codes, and if you need to make a change after you you have created a promo code

To change the percentage or amount associated with a promo code, we recommend deleting the existing promo code and creating a new promo code with the EXACT name as the deleted promo code.

You will then be able to change the:

  • Duration (How many times should this promo code be applied after a customer uses it?)

  • How Many Uses? (How many billing cycles should this be applied to?)

  • Amount Off (A fixed amount to discount)

  • Percent Off (A percentage of the order total to discount)

  • Max Redemptions (How many customers can redeem this promo code before it is expired?)

  • Redeem By (Add an expiration date and time to this promo code)

  • Apply Discount To (Choose when to apply the promo code when calculating invoice totals)

  • Limit to Single Use Per Customer (If enabled, a customer can only redeem this code once)

  • Apply to specific Plans or Upsell's (Choose what plans to add promo)

For all upcoming invoices, you will need to either manually input the promo code into your customer's invoice or ask them to re-enter the code for the updated promotion.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
The PayWhirl Team
