Subscriptions let you get products on a repeating schedule—no re-ordering needed. Choose how often you want deliveries, check out like normal, and future orders will be placed automatically.

How subscriptions work

  1. Select Subscribe & Save (or your preferred plan) and choose a delivery frequency.

  2. Add the item to your cart and check out as usual.

  3. You’ll see your subscription schedule during checkout. After purchase, future orders run automatically on the dates shown.

Managing your subscription

You can manage everything from your subscription portal (linked in your order emails or from your account page):

  • Change your delivery frequency or next charge date

  • Skip a delivery or pause your plan

  • Update your shipping address or payment method

  • Swap products or add/remove items

  • Cancel anytime

Payments & security

  • Your card is charged on your chosen schedule using the same secure checkout you use for one-time purchases.

  • If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your card, and the system may retry the charge to prevent interruptions.

Shipping & taxes

  • Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout for each delivery based on your location and the shop’s policies.

  • You’ll receive order confirmations and receipts for subscription purchases just like any other order.

Pausing, skipping, or canceling

Need a break? You can pause or skip a delivery. You can also cancel your subscription anytime from your portal—no hoops to jump through.

  • Can I buy one-time items with a subscription?
    Yes—most shops let you mix subscription and one-time items in the same cart.

  • How do I access my subscription portal?
    Look for “Manage Subscription” in your order emails or in your account page after signing in.

  • Will my price change?
    Any discounts, shipping, or taxes shown at checkout apply to each subscription order according to the shop’s policies. If a product’s price changes, you’ll see that reflected on future orders.

  • What if my card expires?
    You’ll get an email with a secure update link. Once updated, your next delivery will process normally.
