This feature on PayWhirl enables you to seamlessly add products to a customer's subscription with the flexibility of setting them as one-time additions or with a fixed number of billing cycles. This is perfect for exclusive product releases, promotions, or complementing products that enhance your customer’s subscription experience.
Note: Fixed cycles are currently not available for prepaid subscriptions.
Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription
Log in to your PayWhirl account.
Click on the 'Subscriptions' tab.
Select the subscription you want to modify.
Step 2: Add the Product and Set Billing Options
Within the subscription detail, press 'Add Product'.
Find the product you want to add and select it.
Under 'Price', choose 'One-time or Fixed Cycles'.
Specify the number of billing cycles if it’s not just a one-time addition.
Step 3: Confirm and Save
Review the added product and billing cycles to ensure accuracy.
Click 'Save' to finalize the addition to the subscription.
The product will now be scheduled for the specified number of cycles, providing a tailored subscription that can adapt to your offerings.
If you add a product with a fixed number of cycles, the subscription details will show the remaining number of cycles for the added product.
The customer portal will also reflect the number of remaining billing cycles so customers know exactly how long the product will remain on their subscription.
